HORRIBLE experience. The worst "cleaning" I have ever received -- left dirt and grime literally everywhere after a FOUR HOUR CLEAN. Absolutely shocking. And the wasn't even the worst part. They have the most atrocious customer service I have ever come across. "Linda" is shocking. After I said I would not be using them again and hung up she literally CALLED ME BACK to harass me!!!! Can you believe that?!? I had to literally BLOCK their number! Never in my LIFE have I dealt with such shocking behavior by a company. I am floored. They shouldn't even be in business. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and calling the police if they ever dare to contact me again or try to retaliate in any way.

Not good. My husband met the cleaner at the house, who arrived on time. Once we realized that we were only getting one person for 8 hours and another for 4 hours, we were concerned about them being able to finish. My husband gave her the list and explained the priorities. He asked her to please let us know if they are unable to complete the tasks so we can plan ahead. We were prepared to hire them for longer and/or find another company with availability. I called the company near the end of the day to see how they were doing. I was told that they would be able to complete the priority items on the list by the end of the day. We were satisfied with that answer and moved ahead with our plans to start moving in boxes the following weekend. Once we started moving in, it was clear that the quality of the work was not at all what we expected. There was mildew in the showers, dust on the baseboards, mouse poop in the kitchen drawers and my young children had black all over their feet after walking around the house barefoot. Instead of starting to get settled, we ended up cleaning a bathroom so we felt OK using it and scrubbing the floors on the second floor so they would be ready for the furniture that was coming on Wednesday. On Monday, I called the company to explain our dissatisfaction hoping they would offer to make up for missed work before the movers came. Unfortunately, we ended up playing phone tag until Friday. When we were finally able to talk, I asked for our money back since we had to clean everything ourselves that they said was clean. I was met with defensiveness and blame for not understanding what was included in the cleaning. We've never hired a cleaning company before, so I didn't know what questions to ask. I feel cleaning kitchen cabinets, mildewy showers and deep cleaning wood floors would be tasks that a professional cleaning company would be able to accomplish. After speaking with the company and writing an email to explain our expectations, we were offered $100 off our services. We are pushing for an entire refund since we've had to re-clean everything and delay our move-in schedule. In our experience, we would not recommend Green Ladies Cleaning for deep cleaning or move-in services.

The house looked great when we came back from vacation. Debbie took the initiative to clean kitchen window cobwebs and left  a note explaining what she did. 
This is a very responsive and professional company, I will use them again!

The quality of the cleaning was fine - nothing special, but better than we'd do ourselves. We appreciated that the provider used green cleaning products.
We had two issues with the service. First, the provider canceled our appointment without informing us, causing frustration since we'd rearranged our schedules to make the original day work. The team of two also worked twice as long as the package we purchased without confirming with us whether or not we were comfortable with the extra charges. The house needed it for sure, but it would have been much more professional to ask first before racking up double the cost.

We're still extremely happy with their services, they're a top notch company.

Pleasantly surprised with the job they performed and they're priced very reasonably. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am having them come back for cleanings every other week.

Overall went very well.  They were very accommodating.  I had been extremely busy in my work life and got very behind at home.  I did dishes and other things while they were working.  We worked around each other well.  The one "B" was only because they didn't get back to me by phone as was advertised for the initial set up time call.  Overall very good and an "A" and I would recommend and use this service again.

Michelle was timely in her initial appt. and professional. She introduced herself and gave me some of her experience in this area. Very approachable and willing to help.  She looked over the areas that were to be cleaned, noting what I wanted done, as mentioned above. We set two dates of about 3 hrs each. I could feel that she was trustworthy and let her have the key for the scheduled times
The first 3 hrs. she completed cleaning 2 bathrooms and some vacuuming. The next time did cleaned the master bathroom (big job) and went on to finished the kitchen counters, sink and floor before washing a  load of linens.
  She would call me when she finished each job.
 
I would definitely hire her again. 

They do a good job.  They come every other week to clean and have been for a couple of months.  There are two ladies that  come out.  They are very prompt.  They are very good about communicating about schedule.  They ask if there is anything specific to work on.  The staff is very pleasant.  The rooms smelled very good when they were done.  They clean about fourteen rooms in the home, including bathrooms.

This company was recommended to us by a neighbor. I am very pleased with the job that they did. My wife was extra impressed with the job they did cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms.

I can honestly say my house has never been cleaner. Many thanks to Green Ladies Cleaning, I look forward to seeing you next week!

My experience has been very positive. Jackie has been cleaning our home since June of this year and we couldn't be happier. Her attention to detail meets and exceeds our high standards.

Purchased this package of housecleaning as an assist for out of town friends who had recent serious health issues and could not do their own. There was an initial issue with making contact, but once that was resolved and the services performed, my firiends were thrilled with the results. They said that they would call on this service again themselves for future appointments, so I'd see that as a pretty positive review.
