The lead worker did well. But the assistant broke our DirtDevil vacuum when he dropped it down the stairs to the cement garage floor. This was an unexpected cost to us. I would recommend they buy and use their own cleaning equipment in the future. They did not even have a broom to sweep with.

The team was courteous and respectful of my need to stay hands off due to working from home! They were super thorough too, making several passes and using a ladder to get to the hard to reach siding. Very professional and kind! I am thankful for their service and would definitely hire them again if the need arises. :)
