In general the doctors are good the wait times are bad.

They are advertising that they will give free shipping if you purchase festool products over $150. However, I made a $500 purchase, and they did in fact charge me for shipping! They are refusing to remove the charge. It did not show up on the invoice that they provided when I made the purchase, however they did charge my credit card for the shipping. At this point, I just want them to refund the money that I have paid for shipping.
