I bought Firestone's lifetime alignment a couple years ago and try to get my alignment checked a couple times a year. Whether talking to the service reps on the phone or face-to-face, I always get courteous and professional service. They never push for extra sales and have given honest feedback.

I would no longer recommend Firestone on the East Side of Madison. I truly feel that they take advantage of their customers. If people like me knew how to fix my cars, we would not need mechanics. I'm confident this particular Firestone East-Side is well aware of this fact and they prey upon their customers as a result.
