We go there because of the price. Their communication is very good. We actually tried to make an appointment online and didn't get a confirmation of the appointment, so they called us to make sure that we wanted the appointment or not. They connected with us whenever their website wasn't working appropriately, and we appreciated that.

The experience was good. They were shorthanded the day I was there, so it was much slower than I expected it to be. I rated a “B” because of the situation on the timing. The service men & women were friendly and helpful. I think the whole thing had taken about an hour and 15 minutes. I have been there for a while.

The workers were fine. The lobby was fine. I would tell a friend to go there.

This was the first visit to a mechanic with my sons first older car. The staff there were respectful, informative, and took the time to not only explain, but show my son his way around his new car. The price couldn't be beat for a new tire.

The quality of work was good

I noticed a burning smell coming from my car and an oil leak on my garage floor after visiting an oil change garage. I hesitating going to Firestone as their cost can be a little on the high side. As with every time I had been there in the past, I called them up and brought the car right in. They got me in right away and they had free wi-fi so I could work while I waited! They have always been fast and good with my vehicles. My only downside with them is there professionalism leaves something to be desired, but considering its a garage, it's ok. The free wi-fi and good care my vehicle receives will have me coming back.
