This was the second time that we purchased flowers and the flowers looked terrible the next day. The first time this happened we returned to the store with them and the person working tried to blame us. She handled it terribly and was completely non-customer focused. The second time this happened we did not return them because of the poor customer service we had received previously.

Felly's new store at 5602 University Avenue provided excellent service. I had a color scheme in mind for the flowers, as well as my own vintage glassware. Tracy, the manager, suggested varieties of flowers, showed me examples in-store, and helped me sort out the vases that would work best for each of the tables and size of the room. Her expertise was invaluable!
Best of all, she created the arrangements herself, so I had a great deal of confidence; even before seeing the finished product. The flowers were ready to be picked up as scheduled (I arrived early), and were absolutely PERFECT. Tracy, thank you for providing your expertise, personal service, and fabulous finished product.
