I had to go back twice. After a day of having the tires installed, it was wobbling in place because they never bounced the tire. I had problems with my rim so I had another new tire with them. When you have this problem with the rim, it's that you get a slow weak with the tire because it doesn't fell good on the rim. I got the tire on a Saturday morning and on Sunday night, I had 10 pounds of pressure left on my tire. I went back to the shop and we spent about 4 days pumping on the tire. The assistant manager took care of me. I went up to him and told him about my situation and that I'm a little upset about it. I told him that I made the assumption that when I buy a new tire from them, they would clean the rim to make sure that the tire is sealed and obviously, it wasn't done. He told me that I made the right assumption. So they took my car right in and they fixed it. The tire is great so they had done a wonderful job.

I thought they were very unprofessional at the desk. There was something that really annoyed me about them though I don't recall it. They could have been little speedier. In the future I would shop around and I think if there is nothing else available then I would use them.

They could've tried to do a hard sell (like trying to sell me a new tire), but they kept it honest and just repaired my tire. It was done very economically and the price was fair. The work was of good quality and they were timely with the repair. The company operates on a first come first serve basis so depending upon when you get there, there might be a wait. They have an nice waiting area and there is plenty of shopping near by. They also have a long work day so it is easier to accommodate before and after normal business hours. This company is reliable and safe. I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased. They are relatively inexpensive. Work seems to be quality. People are quality. They do almost all automotive service. Since it's connected to the HUGE store... you can shop while you wait. Very pleased and will definately go back.

Performed work as expected. There were no surprises. It has been easy to get tires rotated when the vehicle is dropped off.
They keep their shop clean and are very curtious.

Drop it off one day, get a cost estimate within a few days. I OK'd the repairs, they did it, called me and I got to pick it up (on a Sunday no less!). Easy-peasy, as the world should be!

Jens, the service tech, called when it was done. He indicated it didn't need a spark plug so they didn't put a new one in. I think some places would have just put a new one in even if it didn't need it. It was done ahead of schedule and below estimate.

Went in to buy 4 tires. Asked for details about the differences I was told they were all the same with different wear ratings. When I purchased a set and later complained about the ride I was told that that happens with the tires I selected. Prices are ok but make sure you do your homework first and don't trust what they tell you.

Overall, it went very well. Customer service was excellent; staff were professional. This is a 'walk-in' service, no appointments are necessary, and it was impressive how quickly Farm and Fleet took care of their customers.
