EXCEL-EXCLUSIVE BUYER AGENCY

We have worked with both traditional real estate agents and with exclusive buyers agents in the past.  When searching for a new home in the spring of 2013 we knew we wanted to work with an exclusive buyers agent.  Jay was recommended to us by an agent we had previously worked with. 
Even though our search area was further outside of Madison than Jay would typically work.  Also atypical, our limited availability meant that we had to do all of our searching during weeknight evenings.  He gave us his full attention and spent all of the time and miles it took for us to visit all of the homes that we were interested in. 
We had a challenging search, as we were very specific in what we were looking for and the market was more competitive than we had anticipated.  Jay was tireless in his pursuit of helping us find a home that would work well for us now, as well as be a wise investment should we need to sell in the future.  It could be hard to hear that a home we were liking might have limited resale potential for reasons beyond our priorities - but Jay was looking out for us!  His professional advice and careful attention to detail proved invaluable in moving us forward through negotiations and a smooth closing once we selected a home.
We have been in our new home for a month now, and can honestly say that it meets 100% of what we had hoped to find.  We really enjoyed working with Jay and strongly recommend his services to others.
