Work was completed on time as promised. Old parts were provided for inspection. The price for the work was exactly as quoted. My only complaint was that I thought the price for the work was a bit high.

The service went way beyond my expectation. This particular Erik;s bike shop isn't a "pro" shop per say, yet I received a level of service I would expect from a pro shop., but without the attitude. They were just down to earth. Martin told me he worked on my bike exclusively. He wanted the best service on it since they were still hiring new mechanics. Erick;s was having a Grand Opening at the time. Martin was exceptional in his detail of service.. Not only was my bike completely serviced as promised, it was cleaned and polished as well. My Gios looked brand new. Martin also reminded me that my tires were worn and not safe to ride on. (Bike was sitting around for several years, developing dry rot). Extra points for Martin for keeping my safety in mind. Oh, and Martin told me it was a "pleasure" working on my bike. He really enjoyed it !! Left me with a good feeling.

My Gios rides like a dream again. Thanks again to Martin and Erik's Bike Shop. Keep up the good work.
