A helpful rep came to the house with fabric samples, we found a fabric we liked, the draperies were ready a few weeks later. The installer came with the draperies and hardware. The draperies themselves were great, just as expected, but the hardware was wrong and the draperies dragged on the floor and did not operate properly. We called Eddie Z's, the manager came and was genuinely concerned, and sent the installer back with the correct hardware. The draperies were then the correct distance from the floor and worked correctly, but in a few days they came off the track. Called Eddie Z's again and another installer came, put in some screws that had been missing, and now the draperies are fine, just as we had wanted them. So the final result is excellent, and Eddie Z's stayed with it (willingly -- there were no arguments) until the installation was right, but it took a few tries and several weeks. I don't understand the difficulties, as Eddie Z's must install draperies all the time, but I have no complaint about the interaction with them or about the outcome.

Designer, Lana, heard what I had in mind and expanded my thinking. Installer, Tom, came to measure and later to install. In both visits he was pleasant, professional and did a great job.
