It is great. I have good service. Their price is competitive. They are really good at getting back and responding to issues. I do have to take my car back in, they were suppose to have fixed my air conditioning and it is not working.

I go here because this is where the warranty is. I've been going since 2011. I like that I can just walk in. You don't have to have an appointment. They have two different waiting rooms. One has a TV in it and they also have a quiet one in case you are working. They have refreshments and snacks.

They helped me find what I wanted. They had me try some used cars they had on their lot to make sure what I had fit me and was right. I am short and I needed something I felt comfortable in. The person I had to take me over to pick up my care had an emergency and couldn't take me, since I had sold my old car. I called them and told them I couldn't pick it up that day. They sent someone from the dealership to pick me up and took me over there to get it. I had dealt with other dealers on different cars and they came in better. They were very responsible. There were a couple things I wanted on the car and they made sure they got one that had them. I've had good luck with them.

They did a diagnostics. Someone had told me it was something else and I took it to Toyota. They checked everything out and determined it was just the battery. I did have them do something else for me, replace a strip on my window which still doesn't work. Overall, I was satisfied with what they did. The workers were very nice. Explained things to me and what they had done to the car and stuff.

It went well. The price was seem to be in line. They were able to tell me what happened, what the issue was which was good.

They told me that I need to consider new tires in the future. They were honest.

Lancaster was supposed to repair or replace an existing trailer wiring and brake control set up. After they had my truck for 3 days after my initial appointment (down time for work vehicle), I finally heard back and I okay'ed that repair. Several days later it was complete. (I have since had the work done correctly, it took a few hours and 1/3 the cost). I got home and hooked it up, all the lights were either not working or operating something that the shouldn't be. I called Lancaster, they told me they didn't believe me and that it was working when they were done. Well, it wasn't. I offered for them look at it, test it, etc... and they refused. Many many phone calls later I got a partial refund, for labor. They also charged me almost $100 for one part, that obviously didn't do anything and would not refund that. I don't care that it might be on my truck, it didn't fix anything. I looked up the part, I can go buy it off the shelf anywhere for $20, with their wholesale pricing connections I bet they paid $10.
I have since had the repair done correctly by a certified technician. Much cheaper and must faster than Lancaster. They found house wiring (like the kind behind your wall) used under the truck for part of the trailer wiring. I'm not saying Lancaster did it, but they definitely should have found it. The shop forced me to tell them who hooked it up because it was completely wired backwards (hence all the lights doing the wrong things). They had a good laugh and assured me that nobody certified ever did any work on the truck, it was that screwed up. I guess Lancaster doesn't even have trained certified technicians available to do the work, or at least inspect the work before it goes out the door. For the outrageous prices they charge, they should. The obvious things they missed or did incorrectly are pretty astounding.
I've had better luck at Smart, if you need a Toyota dealer.

We really like them. They have done a recall and they are pretty good. They take care of us right away. They tell us the charge upfront. They are real quick and they have a nice lounge to wait in. Their prices are competitive. They are friendly but professional.

I was tired of the relatively rough ride of my 1999 Toyota Carolla and wanted a car that provided a smoother ride. I am 76 years old and now finally understand why so many older folks drive Cadillacs, Lincolns and Buicks. I wanted to stick with Toyotas because of the many years and miles of trouble free service that they had provided me. The newer models of Toyota Carollas and Camrys that I test drove didn't ride appreciably better than my 1999 Carolla. Test reports on the Toyota Avalon indicated that it had a smooth ride. Test drives of a 1998 model and a 1999 model were better. By this time, I had dealt with Nate Riesen at Jon Lancaster Toyota-Scion and wanted to buy from them. Nate was so accomodating and low pressure, and Jon Lancaster had a good reputation and was much closer than the other dealers were. An Internet search of their inventory turned up the 2002 Avalon that I liked and bought, even though it was more expensive and had higher mileage than I preferred. I highly recommend Nate and Jon Lancaster Toyota-Scion.

We went to several other dealerships in our area and no other dealership was able to give us what J. Lancaster was able to at a really good price. (In fact, we caught one salesperson not being completely up-front with us). Our salesperson, Tashi Chomor, was incredible and we truly cannot say enough nice things about her and her diligence at making sure everything went smoothly and correctly. In fact, all the staff there was polite and professional. We have had the van several months now and we have not experienced any problems that have resulted from the dealership's responsibility (just a few minor problems with the conversion). We would definitely go back to Jon Lancaster and do business with Tashi again. People with disabilities should know that Jon Lancaster participates in the $1,000 Toyota Mobility rebate program.

What a nightmare. Steering wheel was fixed right away. I had to make a follow up appointment for a week later due to the fact the car was not lugging now. They would need to order a new seat track also. I returned a week later and found there was no seat track ordered. During this visit the tech determined the lugging was caused by a defective EGR valve. I Was going to leave the car behind to get the EGR fixed but found they did not have a loaner available. I had requested one during my initial visit but had not remembered, nor was I asked, for the follow up. (I figured the person doing the appointments would be able to figure out if I needed one the first appointment and nothing was fixed, I would need one for the second one.) I request they contact me when the seat track comes in and I will get the work done all at once. I don't hear from them for 2 weeks. It took me three additional calls, two of which were not returned, to finally get an appointment, with a loaner.
