We have a 1998 Saturn for our 2nd car. My husband couldn't remember when he last replaced the battery and I thought it needed to be replaced because the car wouldn't start one day. In fact, the battery was fine - the car hadn't been driven enough. They could have replaced the battery and I wouldn't have known the difference. These people are honest! The two exterior mirrors were duct-taped to the car. My husband asked another dealer how much it would cost to replace them. He was quoted a figure over $200 for just one mirror. I asked DuBois if they could maybe find a scrap dealer that would sell a used mirror, not expecting anything great. The office manager, Kerri Jo, found me two brand new mirrors for only $90.00! The other problem I was the seat belt on the driver's side which would no longer buckle. Kerri Jo went above the call of duty, contacting numerous dealers all over the state. I can't say enough good things about this place. Also, I got a discount for paying by check.

Everything done as expected

I called DuBois, they were able to get me in right away. They gave me a very accurate estimate after running diagnostics. They called when they found something additional and waited for my ok before proceeding. They had my car repaired in a timely manner and I was able to pick it up the next day.
They are very professional, clean and honest. It's so hard to find honest auto service, especially being a woman! Their price they charge is a bit higher, but they do what they say and stand behind their work.

Everything went very well. The price was fair and competitive. I felt that they were very safe and reliable. They got me in fairly quickly and were timely with the repair. They also gave good advice. As an added bonus, they gave me a complimentary ride. The staff was very friendly and they've been in business for many years.

Brought my old Saturn in for tire service early in the morning, and as usual, the staff was friendly and efficient. They completed the job by early afternoon, and called me promptly to let me know I could pick it up. The cost was exactly as they had estimated, down to the penny.

Their desk person (Kerri-Jo) and their owner have always been friendly and willing to explain the work. They will tell you what really needs to be done and what can wait. They won't do something expensive without talking to you first. They get parts the same day, in most cases.
They do not do body work.
