I can't give enough kudos to Brij.  He is very professional and left no stone unturned in diagnosing the problem.  After he left, we commenced with determining if and where any vent pipe obstruction was located by running water into one of the roof vent pipes as Brij had instructed.  Oops.  Water began dripping out of the master bedroom ceiling light/fan.  A panicked call to Rooter Cleaners had Brij calling us back with more advice.  So, after determining there was no access to the attic space over the master bedroom, a bit of ceiling drywall was removed and one of the homeowners went in to clean up the mess and find the problem.  The problem turned out to be a capped vent pipe that should have been connected to the vent pipe that exits the roof.  This was the case for both roof vent pipes.  Problem solved! Or so we thought.  Showers were taken, toilets flushed, laundry done and after a couple of hours, we began to smell septic gas inside and outside the house.  Peeyoo!  Another call to Brij to discuss what might be the problem.  Maybe another vent pipe in the attic that has no exit through the roof could be the culprit.  So, the next morning, Sunday, back into the attic to check.  No luck.  But, showers still need to be taken, toilets need to be flushed, and laundry needs to be done.  So we did all of that and no further problems with septic odors.  And for us, the best part is that Brij called us around noon to ask how things were going.  That is the epitome of service above and beyond what he had to do.
