Service now offered at Odana Road location. East Washington location closed. I have had all service on Plymouth minivan done by Don Miller for last 15 years. This includes oil changes, tune ups, brakes, and minor repairs. Car continues to run after 185,000 miles.

No shady typical car saleman tatics used. There was some confusion about an option that I had thought the vehicle had, but it didn't. Don Miller agreed to add that option at their charge. Salesperson was very responsive.

They seem to be good. The service manager seems to be honest and he tells me what needs to be fixed right away, what doesn't need to be fixed right away which is nice. They have the parts so that makes the work easier. I started going from the time they were in my neighborhood and I just follow them. I would say, it all depends on the type of vehicle somebody has. If they have a Dodge or a Chrysler, I would recommend them to try Don Miller Dodge, but somebody with a Ford may want to go to Ford dealership because they may have the parts available easily than somewhere else.
