Diane was fantastic! We asked our banker for recommendations for a Realtor who was experienced with VA loans and first-time home buyers and he suggested Diane. We couldn't have been happier. She never pressured us, but matched our enthusiasm and motivation perfectly. With her help, we snagged our first choice of houses and got a good deal. She's very responsive to text and gets back to you right away! I would definitely work with her again, in a heartbeat.

Diane did an excellent job of selling my condo on Lake Monona in the summer of 2013. It was on the market for about 3 months before we got an accepted offer. All went very smoothly and I would definitely recommend her--especially for a lakefront property.

Diane has given us excellent advise in the sale of our house, and it was sold quicker than we expected.  She provided a wide range of services from; listing our house on multiple sites, assisting us with staging, recommending a contractor to help with minor fix up, getting a preliminary house inspection, recommending a mortgage lender, help with our move, even making recommendations for temporary places to live.  A real full service professional.  We are quite happy with all of the results.  All the while she continues to provide us listings in our search for a new place to live.
