Derek Frank Plumbing, LLC

Derek does a fantastic job.  He is more responsive that any contractor I know.  He does great work; he is very knowledgeable and makes the work look easy.  He is in and out quickly; never have any warranty issues or quality problems.  I use Derek for all my commercial work as well as my personal home repairs and upgrades.  He is very trustworthy, the kind of guy you can give a house key to and you know he?s going to get the work done, call you with issues and lock up when done.  Commercially I can count on Derek to get the work done even if I am out of the building and unable to show him the problem.  We usually work via pictures and text messages just in case I am tied up or out of the building.  I wish all my contractors had his work ethic, knowledge, fair price and desire to really please the customer.  I can?t say enough about Derek?s work but I hope he keeps doing it for many years to come.  I know I can?t find a replacement contractor who would be anywhere near as good.

The project itself went well. However, since then the on-demand water heater is having issues. He returned my first call in October 2014 and gave me the quick fix. Since then he has not returned emails or calls to schedule the proper fix.  I contacted our general contractor and he also stated that Derek is not answering his calls. The GC is now using a different plumber. I hate to give Derek a bad review but any company that does not respond to calls cannot be recommended for any service. I consider it unprofessional

Derek and Marvin are good plumbers and easy to work with. Their work was part of a kitchen and 2.5 bath remodel so I don't know their cost vs. the total price of the job; I provided most of the materials and they did a great job installing them. Derek did advise me on the selection of a new water softener, and talked me out of one with more bells and whistles than I needed. In short, they are reliable and nice guys to boot.

Every aspect of working with Derek and his crew was fantastic. I had limited knowledge of how to go about addressing the plumbing needs of our project but Derek was able to explain everything to me in a way that made sense, educated me and allowed me to make informed decisions. He was honest, professional and very knowledgable. He always returned my calls and emails promptly and made sure I was clearly informed and aware of everything being done. He was a joy to work with and we would absolutely hire him again without hesitation.
