About us

Our consulting, design, planning and build firm operates from Monona, Wisconsin. We operate largely with subcontractors, feeling that having the depth of our staff and theirs ensures fewer personnel issues compicating our schedule. We are licensed in Wisconsin, and operate in Dane County. There is no trip charge, and estimates are free. There is a design fee for larger projects, which is reimbursed from the final bill. Our operation is very streamlined, allowing us to work on a much lower profit margin of our competitors.

They arrived at the time we agreed upon and steadily worked until the job was done.  There was a plumbing glitch which was taken care of immediately. Jim wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the work done and he and his crew  kept working until we were happy. 
I have already recommended him to several friends.

Jim is excellent- he did a great job coordinating our project and staying in touch with us. His team is great, especially Tim, who was just great to work with. We had a few minor problems that Jim fixed very quickly. (as a first timer- I learned you need to clearly communicate what you want!) We are very satisfied with the project and it looks great! very professional. Also, he finished in 3 weeks, when he predicted 3-4 weeks. And, the bid was very similar to the final cost. I have recommended him to friends already.
