As noted above, we initially called Sunday, but just left a message.  When we called Monday morning, we left another message.  He eventually called back, uncertain initially if he was going to come out, stating that it was awfully hot.  We initially thought that was a joke.Once he decided to come out, 2 service providers came to the house, they did not come inside (recall that we had told him we thought it was the furnace blower) but went directly to the air conditioner, took out our hose and sprayed it down, cleaning it. Once they did actually come into the house, they took the screen door off the track and knocked over a large planter. They did nothing to remedy the door or the planter--then or before they left.They went downstairs to the furnace, did some investigating (no one else was down there at the time), and then left to get more parts. My husband called him during this time to get an idea about what was going on, and he told us we needed a new blower motor and a new condenser. My husband called back once he was back at the house and asked him to leave the defective parts. It ended up eventually then that he only replaced the blower motor and not the condenser.
He left a hose nozzle at our house, which i had left on the front porch, and he came by about a week later, knocked on the glass door, picked it up, and left. ( our 3 year old witnessed this, not us - we just saw the van moving away).  Unfortunately, the screen door and upturned plant and planter had been left for us to deal with - no apologies.It's not clear why 2 people needed to come out, and it still took the majority of the day. We paid with with a check 2 days later, though he wanted it before he left from the friend who was at the house while they were working- we would have paid with a credit card for the points, but it was not clear if that was an option, and I had enough of dealing with him. He treated us like we were idiots from the start, and then was rude the entire time he and his partner were there - the air conditioner has worked since then, so this is the upside, but we will never use his services again.

We've used them for numerous services and we've always been pleased with their service. It's a small family owned business so you're always working with the owner.

They are very dependable and reputable. I trust them to come in my house when I'm not here. I am satisfied with their service. The price is comparable to other businesses.
