They are fast at giving estimate, they have good installers, they answer the phone and show up when they say they will. Price was on the high side, they even lowered it somewhat to match another bid we had (also high, but we were looking for something specific) . . . I would use them again but would probably do some comparison shopping first before going with them

The salesperson was very helpful in picking out the carpet.  He was very patient and responsive to all of my questions and concerns, and followed up after installation to make sure everything was as expected.  The installers were on time and professional.  They installed the carpet and cleaned up when they were done.  I am very happy with the carpet and service I received from Crown Flooring.

We were very impressed by absolutely everything about Crown Flooring: showroom, service, products and pricing. We knew what color we were looking for, but we haven't purchased carpet in many years and needed help figuring out the right style and grade. The store manager, Brian, is very knowledgeable and provided options that we loved that were right in our price range. Overall, their price ended up $300 less than the bid we got from the first carpet store we visited. For the installation, the crew of two arrived right on time. They were very friendly, and went promptly to work. They cleaned and vacuumed throughout the entire installation process, and did an absolutely wonderful job. We have a couple more rooms that we need to re-carpet, and we'll definitely be calling on Crown again when the time comes.

Our sales rep Bob came out to our home to measure the rooms we wanted flooring changed. When we went back to the shop to go over details, he had already selected 2 products he felt would be very good for our rooms due to coloring, natural lighting, etc. We loved his tile choices and the fact we didn't have to look through several samples.
The products arrived within a week and the job was scheduled on time. The crew was efficient and knowledgable. They moved the appliances, removed the old flooring, cleaned up the areas when they were finished. A couple of issues came up during the installation that was unforeseen and they were able to correct the problem or have an alternate solution and we were not charged extra for their time/materials. Both Bob and the installer gave us professional advice on the care of our new floors.
We also appreciated the fact that Bob ordered just the minimal amount of tile required which helped keep our costs down. This is the 2nd major flooring project where we contracted Crown Flooring and have been extremely happy both times.

Everything went very well. We love our new floors. The process was easy thanks to Bob's help. The installation was also very quick. The installers were experienced and made the whole process very easy. We had all of our main areas done, but the disruption was minimal.

I was looking for installation to take place less than one week from my call. Our closing was 5/2 and move into the new home 5/10. They got it done. It was one day later than originally stated but that was ok since it happened before move date.

It went great! Easy no-hassel sales experience, they provided great information to us on all the differences between all the types of carpet available, pros and cons, etc. Installation went wonderfully, very professional. We had new carpet installed on all our stairways and upstairs hallway. Jenna our sales lady was wonderful! We love our new carpet!

The sales people at Crown flooring were the most helpful of all the people we talked to regarding laminate flooring. I did not have them do the installation of the laminate, but I did purchase the laminate from them.
They were upfront on all costs, provided a detailed estimate for the purchase of the laminate and an estimate of the installation costs. When I found another dealer with a slightly cheaper cost for the laminate and showed that to Crown, they matched the price. They were so honest and helpful, I was glad to provide them with my business. I probably would have purchased the laminate from them at the slightly higher price because of the help and thoughtfulness they provided

Couldn't be more pleased about our experience with Crown Flooring. Showroom was not the biggest we had seen but the selection was more than adequate. It took less than a week for the carpet to be ordered and an installation day picked. The installers, David and Brad, were as professional, pleasant and competent as you could ask for. We had a particularly tricky transition area involving a wood floor that they took extra time with to make sure it was done right and it came out better than we thought possible.

Crown flooring brought in huge fans to dry everything. They were able to eliminate the odor, and brighten the carpet. My carpet is now again bright and beautiful. Aaron did the first two cleanings. Another gentleman named Steven came out a third time to clean the carpet on my stairs, free of charge! I was very impressed with their professionalism, and I would consider using them again.

It went smoothly. Our sales representative was Bob Hocking and he took the time to show us several flooring products and to explain the pros and cons of each of them. The installer arrived on time and did a good job.

They did a fine job. I wasn’t home when they did the work so I didn’t witness anything outstanding one way or the other. The carpet looks very nice and it looks like they did a very good job; I wasn’t disappointed. The price seemed a little high but I haven’t purchased carpet in 13 years and I didn’t compare their price to the price of other companies.

I was very, very pleased with the service that Crown Flooring gave me. It was all coordinated so that the rug would be stretched first and then the rug cleaned. The technician that stretched the rug was very professional and friendly and did a very good job. The technician that cleaned the rug was also very professional, polite and friendly. I was particularly impressed with the cleaning done in the hallway. My white berber rug really shows the dirt in the hallway and there were some stains on there that were of real concern to me. All the stains were removed and the hallway looks really great now. I am very happy with the work that Crown did for me.

I would certainly recommend Crown. The staff, from the scheduling to the cleaning staff, was very professional, on time and curteous. They made good suggestions, and the gentleman who came to do the cleaning made excellent suggestions about additional services only in areas where they were needed. I didn't feel I was "up-sold" where it wasn't necessary. Will schedule my next whole-house cleaning in a year. Don't expect this company to be bargain-basement, you'll pay a reasonable price for the good work and quality.

Excellent. We have very light carpet and the stairs from the garage tend to get really dirty. For $300 Crown cleaned our living room, dining room, entry way and 3 flights of stairs - a lot of square footage. They were on time, the carpets dried faster than they ever have before (I think they removed most if not all the water they used to clean with) and the "problem" spots were gone and have not returned.
