I like their service. My husband and I have used them for years. The daughter of the previous owner is the one managing it. They are reliable and honest. They are terrific- I know them well and have great faith in them.

If you are looking for a company to trust to take care of you and your vehicles, at a reasonable price, there is no one I recommend more than Vicky Moeser and Crestwood Auto Clinic.

Staff was friendly. They broke apart during the fix. They were willing to hold our car for an extra week though while we were away.

I have been going to Crestwood for twenty years with excellent results. This time it was tire replacement, which is simple. Their prices were competitive, scheduling was flexible, and the work was completed as promised and on time. They are very good at laying out options and have solved complicated problems for me in the past. I highly recommend Crestwood.

I spent about $500. They seemed to be reasonably priced. I never feel like I need to get a second opinion. I took my mother’s car someplace else once because this company was closed on a particular weekend. The other company quoted $350. Later, I took it to Crestwood Auto Clinic and they quoted me $50 for the same job. I will always use this company.

I had made an appointment because my wheels/brakes were making an unusual noise and my "check engine" light was on. When I arrived at the opening time (7:30) no employees were there yet and the parking lot was full. A mechanic walked up and expressed displeasure about the tow trucks leaving cars in the lot. I asked where I should put my car and was told to park it on the street. I saw a small opening on the parking lot so I asked about parking there and was told that would be okay. A few minutes later another person arrived who was able to check me in. I received a call mid-morning with some updates on the work they were doing; I approved the work and waited for a call that the work was done, but did not get a call. I finally called at 6:00 pm and got a recorded message; I left a message but never heard back. I was without my car overnight, without having any warning that that would be the case. I got a call the following morning; they said that after they had completed the work, a technician still heard an unusual brake noise, and realized there was a problem with the other set of brakes as well. They would do the work that morning and they would call when it was done. I appreciate that they were able to catch this but wish it would have been communicated in a timely and professional way. I was able to pick up the car mid-day. The car certainly drove better, and they provided helpful guidance about checking my oil more regularly. A couple of days later I started to hear a (different) intermittent sound from the wheels but I am hesitant to take the car back to this clinic.

I had heard from a dealership and from another mechanic that the only solution to my coolant leak was to replace the intake manifold gasket at a cost of $900-$1000. With a car that had been on the road almost 12 years already, I was looking for a different solution. Vicki's team did a coolant flush, found that my coolant leak was not severe, and suggested that we try putting a stop-leak additive in the coolant. The whole thing came in under $150; it's been almost 18 months, and I haven't even seen the coolant light since. The team at Crestwood Auto works hard and fast, they try to find solutions that work for the customer, and they are honest about their abilities and limitations. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that, now that people know how good they are, it's harder to get my vehicles into their shop for non-emergencies. I'll accept that! Due to my positive experiences, I have taken this car and my other car to Crestwood for scheduled maintenance and for routine fixes multiple times since the service described above.

Great! the service was done quickly and Vicky was very helpful and informative. We will definitely be going back to her.

I've gone to Vicky with my cars for several years now. I called on Wednesday, and had an appointment for Thursday. Thursday morning Vicky called me with the estimate for my exhaust repair, and I told her to proceed. They were done ahead of schedule, and right on with the estimate, which is unusual. Usually their estimates are higher than what you actually pay.
