Countryside Animal Clinic

Went to them for yrs but management/vets/staff change. Had a dental cleaning on my dog - was not told how common it was for dog with heart murmur to go into heart failure. It happened two couple wks after cleaning - which is not unusual and I wasn't told how common it is. I can never walk my dog outside again - his life will be shortened. I paid $400 to kill my dog prematurely and limit his activity. I don't know why no one bothered to tell me until it was too late how common it is - i could of saved him if I knew sooner he could of gotten the care he needed timely - or I could of saved $400 bucks and not threaten his life to begin with. What once was a budgetary quality care service has changed. Obviously I was satisfied for yrs but noticed how slippery the slope had become over time.

It went very smoothly. The vet explained what she was checking and what will need to be done in the future. My new dog has a personal space issue but the vet went slow and kept a calm voice.

We've used Countryside Animal Clinic for 20+ years for our dogs and cat. Incredible care! I would;t take my pet anywhere else...

It was the first time I used them. I thought they were very thorough and very professional. I would not say that they exceeded my expectations, but their staff was small enough to give me their attention.

They are great! I have had an excellent experience here.

They are pretty good. They have a few vets that work in there so it is pretty easy to get your pet in there. We don't usually have any emergencies; we just go there for checkups. We go there because it is close to our home. I will use them again in the future.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Both the veterinarian and the vet tech were very patient and up-front about what things would cost. They asked me for my approval before they did things to make sure I could afford it. They might be slightly understaffed. You have to wait a while before you see someone. I thought the service I got was well worth the wait. I thought the price was reasonable. They are very professional.

We switched our two cats to Countryside Animal Clinic when we moved to the far east side. We stayed there even after we moved to Sun Prairie and added a dog to our family. Although they didn't put our cat down for us when the time came (It was a holiday weekend and they weren't open.), they sent a card and were sympathetic to our loss.

Everyone in the office was wonderful and friendly. They were upfront about costs when asked and tried to tailor what my pet needed with what I could afford.

It went well. Although on the way there the car ride was wild with crying and carry on. Kahn even p***** on himself and his carrier. Once they got inside the clinic they calmed down. They even cleaned up his carrier. The boys seemed to like Dr. LaCross. I did too. I considered the cost for (4) shots as very reasonable. We will use Countryside Animal Clinic in the future.

Awesome! Vet was so nice, spent a very long time in the room with me discussing my dog's problem. She was very caring and the staff at the front desk were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I have been using this veterinarian since I was a child. I have taken many of my animals to them. Their rates I think, are the cheapest you could possibly find and the staff of Veterinarians is just phenomenal.

Everyone is very friendly at the clinic. When my cat had eaten some fake spikes from a flower arrangement he was very sick. Dr Schwanke called twice a day to let me know how my cat was doing. He seemed to be concerned and took very good care of him.
