Property Management
Several times CMA has lost or misplaced bills from vendors. They poorly manager our vendors that preform work on the property. Board members often have to call vendors directly due to lack of over sight by the property manager. CMA generally will not obtain 3 bids for work to be performed on the property until forced by the board.
