My kitchen has hardwood floors and I wanted a small area of tile just inside the patio door. I asked Mike to measure the area that needed to be cut out and give me an estimate of the cost to install the tile. I also had some leftover vinyl from a previous project that I wanted installed in my guest bathroom. Mike came and was very thorough and professional in making the estimates. He took accurate measurements of both areas, we discussed various options for the kitchen area until we were both sure what I wanted. He measured the leftover vinyl to be sure I had enough. He even cut the vinyl before he left. He took the time to know exactly what needed to be done. I believed his estimate was reasonable and we scheduled the work. When he provided the estimate, he explained exactly what it it was for. He called the evening before the work to confirm and arrived on time. I was very pleased with the result. He left the area clean and neat.
