They came the day after I called to give an estimate. They were prompt, knowledgable and very professional. The work was done quickly while I was at work, with the assurance that they did not expect payment until I was completely satisfied. When I called back and left a message that a small broken branch remained, they came back the next day to cut it and prune a few more that might be a problem. The tree looks beautiful! It is stronger, the shape has been maintained and I am very happy. I'd hire them again and have recommended them already.

I had 2 ash trees removed, due to the emerald ash bore. I was sad to see them go, but Capitol City Tree Experts took them both down quickly and efficiently. They used a small lift system that let them cut the branches and lower them without making a mess of my lawn (even though it was wet and the ground was soft). They were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. I would hire them again.

The crew completed the job within a couple of hours, and except for the fact that sun light broke through where it had previously been blocked, there was no obvious sign that anything had been done. The crew took away all the detritus and that was that. Very good and efficient job by Capital City Tree Experts.

We recently ordered mulch from Capital City Tree Experts. This is a great new service and we were really happy with the mulch we ordered. It had a lovely color and smell. Several neighbors commented on how nice our refreshed perennial beds looked with a thick layer of mulch. The price was great and delivery was prompt. I’ll definitely order from Capital City Tree Experts again.

Calvin and Ryan were wonderful to work with. Our experience with Capital City Tree was great from beginning to end. Miguel who came out to give us a bid and explain what needed to be done and why to Calvin and Ryan who did the work. Also, Kathy in the office was great too.

They showed up early for the initial appointment to give the estimate which was great. They were here bright and early on the day that they took down the tree. It was done quickly, professionally and they cleaned everything up and were gone. If the tree and bushes hadn't been removed we never would have known they were here. My yard is level and growing in nicely. I highly recommend them!!

One of the trees that needed to be removed was between my garage and the neighbor's house. Capitol City removed the tree with no damage to either property. They were very professional and worked very hard. The cleanup was very thorough.

They did every thing they said they would do. The tree was right between two houses in a difficult area. I was nervous that something could fall on my or my neighbor's house. I have used several tree services over the years and they cleaned up everything including all the saw dust. You could not tell they had been there. We will be using them again this summer.

I was amazed by the equipment and the staff they brought to the job. It took 3 visits to complete the job. The communication was very good.

We hired Capital City Tree Experts to remove a tree from our yard. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with them! They clearly communicated when they would do the work, arrived on time, finished quickly, and left a clean yard! If the tree wasn't gone, I wouldn't have even known they were here. Their pricing was competitive and fair. We would definitely work with them again!

the trimmers were here promptly in the morning. They had me walk around the yard to be sure they knew what needed to be done and the access that was needed. they asked about certain plants and my concern if they night get damaged. They did an excellent job with full clean up of branches on the ground
