Overall the process was fine. It all started with an email to California Closets and a punctual reply from a customer representative. We set up a time for her to come to our home and take a look at our closet. A customer rep came and was extremely professional in her assessment and advice. Even though the closet was very small she took us completely seriously and remained completely professional the whole time, (as she should have). We did go to the showroom to look at handles and material types. We scheduled installation and on that day, an installer arrived promptly. The only difficulty was that there was a language barrier and it was hard to have questions we had answered on the spot. Completed project look pretty much like the blueprints had depicted!
