We are happy with the results. He did a good job of explaining what he had done and what would need to be done in the future.

Brian was courteous and very professional. He quickly got to work on the piano which needed to be tuned. Brian also fixed a few sticky keys without extra charge. Then he took time to go over how to maintain our grand piano in good condition and watch for moisture etc. we are very happy with the service.

No problems at all. He listened to what we needed, explained the work that needed to be done, gave us an estimate (which was accurate), was accommodating with the schedule, and was very professional.
