The electrician was very nice. He went through and his foot slipped. Accidents can happen and that was no problem; but the people that they had insurance with, said our insurance will take care of it. When I was dealing with the administrators, they did not want to repair it adequately. It was awful. It was to a point that I said that they are kidding, so I had to ask to speak to somebody else. I didn't know what was going on internally with the company at that point. I have never seen anything like it. It did not reflect the electrician. The electrician did a fine work; but it was the administrative behind the scene.
