The business, I believe, is now defunct. That said, the sales people were friendly, but took on too much, at least for this job and do it well. The guys installing the pipes seemed competent, very friendly and hard working, but frustrated with their boss. I have since learned that our furnace was undersized for the square footage of our house. And, one room is always cold because the piping in the floor is too sparse. I wish I could say more good about this lot.

They did a fine and thorough job. They explained everything to us. They ran into a problem , but handled it very well. We are very happy with it. They left everything nice. They seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing.
