Very well, person that did the work in the tree was careful to inform me about what branches he was going to remove, as I had told him that I had had some bad experiences with other companies trimming up more than I had expected them to do. Clean up crew removed cut limbs immediately. Good clean up of debris after.

I got them through a neighbor. Their service was perfect. They come during the day when I am not here. They just told me what day they were going to come and they were here that day. I have no idea when they came during the day. I would refer this company to a friend.

The project went fairly good.  Had some delays due to rain.  Looks beautiful.  This is an excellent landscaping contractor, who we have used before.

Best Buds staff were courteous, responsive and timely.  They provided an excellent service at a great value.  They cleaned up after the work and left my property spotless.  I have continued to use them for lawn care services and will use them again next spring for additional landscape work that I need done in the back yard.

They were on time and completed the work on schedule.  The staff was very professional and friendly.  The lawn was left clean of debris when the work was completed.  They held to the cost of the estimate that was provided in advance of the work being done.  I will hire them again for any additional landscaping needs that I have.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. The crew worked hard and were very courteous. They took very few breaks. They are a very ethical, family-owned business.

They're courteous, respond to your requests quickly, they are very proficient in the work that they do, and well managed in terms of the owners monitoring the work that the people do for them.

They are very professional. They work hard. They show up when they say they will. There are a few things that they can work on, but not much.

I was disappointed with them. The guy that estimated the job had all these ideas and he said he was going to come out with the crew the first day to make sure they got it all right. He didn't show up until 3 or 4 days after the job was all done. The work wasn't done anything like we talked about. The workers were fine but they didn't do what we discussed doing. I was not happy at all. I spent money for something that I didn’t get. Their price would have been comparable had they done what I wanted. They did come when they said. I would not use them again. They were supposed to level out the new sidewalk they put in my front stoop because it was higher than my lawn. They were supposed to strip out the old sod from underneath it since it didn't sink and they didn't do that. They ran over it with a bobcat and that was it. I said it was going to sink and he said that he would come back next year and I said forget it and that I would get someone else.
