Everything is great. They showed up on time and had the work done in a couple of hours.
We have had several heavy rains and water did not stand in the window well and the window did not leak.
One thing that suprised me was that the bill included tax and that was not included in the quote.

So far, it's been good. They came out, looked at it, and gave me a bid. They started work this week and it needs to be seen if they get the work done. Otherwise, they are punctual so far.
