Badger Display Signs Inc

We contacted Badger Signs because they were the company that originally made the sign outside of our office. Our initial contact with the company was in September of 2009. Jim came out and inspected our current sign and sat down with me to talk about what we wanted to change. He told me I would have a proof within days. I waited 2 weeks. Every time a new proof was emailed there was something missing or wrong that I had very specifically spelled out in prior meetings/emails. Each time I asked for a revision it was at least 1-2 weeks before he got back to me. When I would call Jim on the phone it was like pulling teeth. Out of sheer frustration we hung on, my supervisor finally had to step in to get it accomplished. We finally received our new sign February 25.
