They did not do a good job of cleaning. My floors are sticky and dirty afterward. Slow. Inexperience cleaners. Cleaning solutions used had a really distasteful odor, we had to open all our windows for a while to get rid of the odors from the cleaning solutions.

Description of Work: B and J Cleaners were hired for a 'move in' cleaning. The house was empty. They scheduled and arrived on the day and time I requested. Beyond that, I was unhappy with the results. I hired cleaners to save myself some time. Even though I requested they reclean the mini blinds in the bedrooms (which they did), I still needed to clean them after they were gone. The top sides of the ceiling fan blades were not cleaned at all. Whatever was used on the kitchen cabinets left them sticky for weeks. I believe a general surface cleaning was done rather than the deep clean I hired.

We've been using them for about 3-4 years. They are very reliable and do a decent job. If we ever have any issues, they take care of it right away.
