I use them all the time and I think that they are fabulous. The mechanic is very honest, reliable and very accommodating from the time point of view in terms of when you need to get your car in and stuff. I also normally get a loaner car which is nice. The mechanic is so good that I trust his assessment of my car. I do not think that I am getting ripped off which is really important to me. I actually have him compare the prices for me too. When you go for oil changes, others would say, "Oh look, this is dirty so you should change it." And then, they will show you their clean liquids but he does not do that. He tells you whether it is needed or not and he keeps track of the records of my car for many many years. I have probably used him for 10 to 12 years now for multiple vehicles.

My daughter was at my house from out of town and had trouble with her vehicle starting and needed her brakes changed horrible. she contacted Archer and this was her experience: They had a full schedule but were able to fit me in. They replaced my brake, rotors and calipers. Ran a diagnostic check. Found out it was my camshaft sensor causing my car not to start, they were able to replace that. I also asked them to check on my exhaust system as I know I had a hole in my exhaust causing my Murano to be absurdly loud. I was previously quoted roughly $700 at a different repair shop just to have my exhaust fixed. The mechanics at Archer told me although it may not be a and quot;recommendedand quot; fix. They had successfully done a fix before by welding a pipe on the problem area, and have had quite the success. So we had them give that a shot. So for $55 vs $700 our exhaust finally is quiet. You cannot even tell if the car is running or not! This is what makes a great mechanic in my eyes. Anyone can own expensive equipment and fix cars. But it takes someone who really knows what they are doing to think outside of the box to fix a problem. They also let me know I could wait a bit on repairing my shocks and struts. You can tell they take pride in their work and are not only in it for the money. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Plus they guarantee their work for 12 months and have free towing to their facility.
