The problems I encounter were items missing when I wasn't home when their workers came. My second complaint was noise, constant doors slamming. No place for kids to play, so they ran through the halls. Not getting my security deposit back. I did take them to court, Went before a mediator things were not settled. I never received a letter for the court date and the case was dismissed. I was very disappointed that I didn't have my day in court. They got to keep my deposit. don't trust them! You must pay attention to your lease! You have till noon on move out on move out day or you will be charged! You can't turn in keys the next day they will charge you for changing the locks and key replacement. Don't leave your broom after you sweep!
That is a charge. So after they nickel and dime you get nothing!
