David was very prompt, helpful, and professional. I needed short term storage at the last minute, and he was extremely responsive. Location was convenient to the Beltline. Unit was dry and secure.

Dave promptly responded to my request for information. We met at the site. Dave was very professional and well organized in terms of getting identification, credit card info and email address. The facilities are very clean. There are plenty of instructions posted to remind customers how to function, When I was able to change to a smaller unit, Dave was flexible in facilitating the transfer. The storage unit is climate controlled. When you open the door to the building, the lights come on and a radio starts to play music. That makes the facility feel more friendly than a deadly quiet dark empty hallway might feel. I have not been there at night but I noticed plenty of external lighting. There are also video cameras so the facility seems quite safe.

We needed to keep things for a while because we went to live abroad. We ended up keeping our things there for 3 years. They were always helpful and responsive if there were payment problems or we needed help accessing the place.

Timely responses to our request, flexible to deal with, and they made us feel welcome.

Dave was very responsive when we originally called to look at the storage facility. Our unit was clean when we moved in. We appreciate the fact that he does a remarkable job of keeping the area safe and free of items discarded by other individuals who may be leaving the units and leaving items behind. The location is well lit and I always felt personally safe and that my items were safe at this storage location. Dave did a great job of communicating helpful tips about moving, storage and safety after a move. I was also pleasantly surprised  when he was there to talk to me on our move out date, just checking in to make sure that everything went as planned. We would definitely use this facility if we have storage needs in the future.

I first rented a storage unit from Applewood's Dairy Drive location in early 2013, for storage of extra furniture while my condominium was staged for sale.  The units are clean, neat, well-lit and very safe.   When my condo sold, I needed to store all my furniture and personal belongings until I found a new house to buy; I thought I could fit it all in one additional storage unit, but last minute, I realized I had too much stuff, and had to call and get yet a third unit for my possessions.  Dave was responsive and helpful and made the whole stressful move/situation less stressful.  The terms of the rental were clear and my security deposits were promptly returned to me when I finally bought a house and was able to move everything out.  If I ever need a storage unit again, I would not hesitate to return to Applewood.
