They just have a bunch of equipment in a room. They will set up a program if we want a personal trainer. Otherwise they will help us with the machines the first time we go there. So, it is pretty much self-designed. They are open 24 hours. I think that I get a lot for the money.

I go at lunch time. It's great. They just did a remodel. They have got lots of good equipment and space. It's clean and I can go at anytime. I really like the studio. The price is very good and competitive.

The location is very pleasant with good equipment. The place was clean with special prices. Overall a good place to excise.

Their equipments were good and I could go in at any time as I had a pass-key. The prices were okay and they did what they said they were going to do.

I went very well ending in a 2 year plan after the free 30 days, what won me over was the option to end at anytime and not pay a penalty or membership exit fee but u do have to buy the electronic key fob for security access, it is a very good security system and everything at the entrances is also videoed so you feel safe even when it's 2 am and empty!

The assessment is great. However, they will try and sell you sessions for a personal trainer which are quite expensive. We have been members of the gym since January and love it. Lots of equipment to target various workouts and TVs at each machine with cable access. There is also an IPOD dock at each machine and a headphone jack. I would recommend them.

The location is convenient, and the cost is very good. Everybody is very friendly. I know what I want to do, and they have more or less all the equipment that I need. It is usually pretty quiet at lunchtime, and it is not overly busy. I would continue to use them in the future; in fact, I will be going back there in about an hour.
