We met with Amy Ripp and discussed our desires and hopes related to selling our home. Amy provided invaluable advice on how to prepare our home to "show." We had our initial Open House within a week of our first meeting with Amy. Six days later we had an accepted offer at very near our listed price. Throughout the next 4 weeks Amy handled all the negotiations with the Buyers' Agent and helped us make decisions on counter offers. Less than 6 weeks after our first Open House we closed on the sale of our home. Both the Buyers and us as Sellers were happy with all the the negotiations and the outcome. The Closing was a cheerful and rewarding occasion, much due to Amy's outstanding Real Estate expertise and winning personality. We highly recommend Amy Ripp to anyone looking to have a successful and satisfying homeselling experience.
