AMD Affordable Mobile Detailing

One of my family members spilled a large quantity of milk on the passenger floor of my Honda Pilot. The person would not admit having done it, and we didn't see it happen. So we all argued for a while over whether it was spilled milk or a dead critter in the engine. Took it to the Honda dealership to get the and quot;dead critterand quot; out, and they said it was a wicked milk spill. They suggested we go to Honda detailing, where they'd remove the carpet, clean it, and hang it out to dry for a few days. That sounded incredibly expensive, and I didn't want to do without my car for several days.
I contacted AMD through Angie's List. Sebastian contacted me promptly via phone, and we later chatted via text message for confirmations, etc. It was the dead of winter -- during the Polar Vortex, I believe -- and I don't have a heated garage that would have allowed for successful shampooing. So even though Sebastian does mobile and quot;come to youand quot; work, he arranged for a heated place nearby that I could bring my Pilot for him to work on. He spent a couple of hours really working my car over. It was SO pretty when he finished!
A hint of the milk smell came back about a week later, and when I contacted Sebastian, he had me come back for a repeat shampooing (using a different method) for free. I think the milk spill was just particularly intense, because the second time did the trick! Sebastian even touched up a few of the other places inside my car at the same time.
Sebastian is so incredibly nice and friendly and THOROUGH -- not to mention great at what he does. I'll definitely be calling him for regular inside/out detailing once the snow has melted!

We found Sebastian on Angie's list, and when we contacted him, he went above and beyond to be helpful and flexible. We were impressed by his rates when compared to the provider we used previously, and he was also willing to customize a package for us by combining his many options.
Not only did Sebastian do a great job detailing the Subaru; he also provided great overall professional service. He called in advance to confirm, and even though he was rained out the first time, he was great about communicating about rescheduling.
Sebastian is clearly someone with great professionalism, enthusiasm, and respect for his customers. We will continue to use his services, and would definitely recommend him to others.

Took a few hours, but he did it in my driveway. I was surprised he could do such a good job in my driveway. He was very courteous and punctual, called if he was going to be delayed.----He had to come back to finish.
Looked better than when I bought the car. I think it helped me get a better price for my car.
The price was more than I would have liked to pay, but competitive with others and reasonable considering the time he put into it.

Called the evening before to confirm appointment (as promised) and called on day of service to advise he was going to be a few minutes late. Impressed by both of these actions. He could polish up on asking for a review. Keep it simple. Just ask the customer to provide a review based on services. Plains, simple and direct.

It went great. With four kids and two big dogs, I didn't know my car could look so good. The inside carpet, leather seats, windows and plastic look great.

We called on Labor Day thinking we would get an answering machine, but Sebastian picked up and scheduled us for Thursday. He could have come even quicker but Thursday was the soonest that worked for us.
He arrived right on time and was extremely courteous throughout.
Both cars presented challenges. The Camry had never been cleaned inside except for light vacuuming a few times times over the last 11 years. Much of the year it's parked under our and quot;giving treeand quot;, which constantly showers it with pollen, seeds, twigs, and plenty of bird poop, so automatic car washes never get it completely clean.
The Sienna's interior has been cleaned at Octopus a couple of times, but never deeply. Besides driving around a couple of kids and their friends and camping gear, we use it to haul yard waste to the drop-off site. Along with general dirt, it had permanent-we-thought blue carpet stains from a Slushie spill. Finally, a camping cooler leaked on the floor just before we left the van in an airport parking ramp for 8 days. That's what finally made us look for a professional: it was RANK.
Sebastian spent 3-4 hours on each car, cleaning them in painstaking detail. The difference was amazing. I would have called it magic except for the hours of hard work it took. Everything was shiny and clean, and without the oily-slick residue that's been left on everything after Octopus cleanings. Even the carpets were clean. And blessedly, the nasty carpet funk was gone.
We were very happy with the results, and felt the price was more than reasonable for such good service -- in our driveway, no less.

Greg did an excellent job on my 2007 Lexus. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and professional. My car looks great, and we plan to have our second car detailed by AMD.

This was my second time using AMD, and I was again very impressed by the actual work and their professionalism. I have an aging cat that has developed poor bathroom habits. AMD was told this when I made the appointment, but they didn't blink. They treated the area with a special cleaner, and the difference has been incredible. I didn't have an opportunity to vacuum before they arrived, but it was no problem; they vacuumed prior to cleaning. They also gave helpful suggestions about caring for my cat. I intend to call on them for my future carpet cleaning needs. I recommend them highly.

Sebastian was very accommodating with scheduling a cleaning with very little notice. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very pleasant to talk to. He clearly takes great pride in his work and guaranteed we would be happy with the results. Two young children and a lengthy commute had really done a number on the car, but he was true to his word. The car looked almost brand new when he was done. Considering the price I would say I was MORE than happy with the results. We will definitely contact Sebastian again the next time we need any detailing work done.

After having to cancel the first appointment, Sebastian rapidly rescheduled and appeared on time. He cleaned our car thoroughly, and cheerfully, cleaning out the accumulated dog hair and grit, shampooing the seats and carpets, and most importantly, expunging a foul smell of rotting fish. This is the first time that we've had our car detailed in 9 years, and it looks new. Won't wait so long next time.

Everything promised was done and then some. When the job was finished I knew i would be contacting AMD again when it was time to clean the floors in my house. I recommend these folks.

I normally get our vehicles detailed once per year by one of the car washes in town. The last time I used the car wash, I touched my vehicle after I got home and it was still dirty. Needless to say I wasn't happy with that car wash location so I decided to find another detailing service.

I heard about AMD on the radio and gave them a call. Sebastian answered and after discussing the cost (less than the car wash place charged me) we set up a date and time. After showing up at 7:30am they got right to work. I checked up on them every couple hours to see how things were going and if they needed anything. All they needed was a hose for water and a power outlet to plug in their carpet cleaning machine. They worked very hard all day long and our vehicles were absolutely spotless when they were done. I was thoroughly impressed with the work they did. The thing you have to understand about our vehicles is we have 2 kids (4y.o. and 1y.o.), both of them love to destroy our vehicles, especially mini van. To top off the kids, we also have 2 dogs (both are 90lb labs, one yellow and one black) so everything is covered in dog hair! When these guys were done, you'd never know that we even had a dog in any of our vehicles!

I would highly recommend AMD to my friends, family, co workers, etc. If you want your car to be as clean as the day you bought it, give them a call. The price is right too!
