We had both of our small SUVs detailed at home while we worked. AMD was friendly and super-responsive when it came to scheduling, clear about the extent of the work and what it could cost, and flexible about timing. We have messy young kids and use our cars a lot, so getting them detailed at this high level a couple of times a year is definitely worth the cost, which was lower than I'd paid anywhere else. I'll be calling again.

The entire service was excellent from start to finish. I called the number and the owner, Sebastian, explained the process to me. He told me when he was free and we selected a date/time that worked for both of us. Then I texted him my address to confirm that I wanted the service. On the appointed day, he was a little late due to traffic, but texted to let me know that he was on his way and that he was running late. No problem. It was terrible weather (cold and rainy) and he and his daughter still got here to do the job! They did a stellar job getting the interior of my car spiffy clean. Everything was thoroughly vacuumed, scrubbed, and then shampooed. The car smelled great (I am really sensitive to smells, so I was worried it would be too strong ... but it was fine) and it looks even better.

Sebastian did a great job. It turns out on the day he started, it began to rain shortly after he started - he had washed the car on the outside. He came back a week later and started from the beginning again. I have two children and a larger car - an SUV - and Sebastian left no area untouched. It looked like new when he was done. I never had the impression he was rushing through the job. I could tell his priority was on doing a great job. And it showed. I will definitely use him again.

Wonderful! The serviceman was prompt, courteous and paid attention to detail. AMD detailed my 2009 Ford Taurus and it looks like new! The serviceman arrived promptly on time in a business-marked vehicle. He was friendly and courteous and set right to work. He vacuumed my really messy car for a very long time--I was more than pleased with the results of my spotless car! He then cleaned all the trimwork and shampooed the carpets, then turned his immaculate attention to the exterior. I am so glad I chose to use AMD and would recommend them to anyone who would like to refresh their vehicle!

AMD is the BEST! I needed the carpets cleaned for my in-laws RV and the carpets were extremely dirty! He went out of his way to come on Sunday morning to Cross Plains as that was one of the few days that worked for us. He arrived exactly on time and cleaned the very large interior carpeting on his hands and knees. It was a difficult job because there are so many tight spaces to get into and he even got up stains in hard to reach places by the driver's seat and the entrance. It is bright and clean again and I am excited for my in-laws to see it! AMD's customer service is outstanding and the price is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend AMD!

One person from AMD arrived on time at our home in Verona for our Saturday morning appointment. He immediately got to work and worked steadily on my vehicle. He washed the outside of the car and the wheels; he removed all bugs and tar. He did not wax the car (its extra), but it looked like he did. He washed the windows and they sparkled. He thoroughly vacuumed the inside of the car, getting into all of the nooks and crevices and washed the hard surfaces. The car looked like new inside even before he shampooed the carpets and the seats. The shampooing really brightened up the carpet and upholstery. He worked hard to clean our floor mats and even got out most of what must have been some kind of oily spots. The person was very courteous and professional. He spent a little over five hours cleaning my car. I would definitely hire AMD again and refer them to my friends. Note: I received a small discount for promising to write an honest review about the services.

AMD did a great job on our minivan. We have 3 kids and a Golden Retriever. Our car was very dirty! Finding a time and place to have the car empty so it could be thoroughly cleaned was difficult. We found AMD and they fit us in on short notice. They did a great job with scheduling and confirming. They spent several hours vacuuming and wiping the interior and the van looked great. They clearly communicated about what they were able to do and what they were not. Rain prevented them from shampooing, so they are scheduling with us to come back and are not asking for payment until the job is done. Having them come to us was a tremendous convenience and the cost was comparable to, even a little less than, going into a car wash or dealership for a detail. As a side note, Sebastian handled our overly-friendly and large Golden Retriever puppy very nicely. I will definitely use them again.

Sebastian did an awesome job with our 4Runner!  You can't beat the convenience of having AMD come to your home especially when you have a toddler.  Sebastian was on time, super courteous and our car looks great.  Looking forward to him doing our other vehicle.  

Quite simply, the guys at AMD are the hardest working and most effective service providers I have come across in 20+ years.  They fit me in at the last minute, so I could sell our 2009 Buick Enclave.  I offered them a warm garage, but they insisted on working outside in natural light.  This was the first of many things they did that impressed me.  I normally do all my own interior and exterior detailing, and working in natural light makes a big difference.  AMD was able to remove all the white dog hair from our black interior, which I have never been able to accomplish.  They were also able to make the leather and every other interior surface look like new.  From my first phone call to the completion of his work, AMD was a true pleasure to deal with  - professional, on time and happy to demonstrate the quality of their work.  This is the first time I ever paid someone to detail my vehicle, but it will not be the last.  I plan on having AMD detail our new vehicle at least once a year; but I will have them do both interior and exterior next time.

checked out his services and then the reviews and price range on Angie's
List. I wanted my older sedan cleaned inside and out, and waxed before
winter. I then called him back and we scheduled for the following week,
convenient to both of us. He is very concerned about customer
satisfaction. He and his son were so nice and arrived as expected and
worked on my car in the driveway. They offered good advice as well as a
very clean and shiny car. I have no complaints.  I highly recommend the
personal and high quality work they do.  In fact, they just did my car
today and I have already recommended them to a friend of mine.

Sebastian showed up on time and was very friendly and respectful of my timing and work needs as he set up for his job. He was thorough, detailed beyond belief and professional. The car looked and still looks clean, almost like new, and I know that it is a safe car now.  I wanted to clean out pet dander, dust and that was causing some health issues.  Sebastian also informed me about where to get new floor mats that will work better for me.
I feel very satisfied with his work and would use his services again.  And I plan on referring others to him.

Sebastian contacted me immediately and scheduled the detailing that week for my car.  He arrived on time and did an amazing job.  The work was done at my house which was extremely convenient.   I have 2 large dogs and they go to the dog park with me frequently so the car can be a mess (it is a sedan).  The dogs manage to track in sand, mud, etc.  I knew there was a lot of pet hair in the car, but I didn't realize how much until I saw all that Sebastian got out with the vacuum.  The car looks like new.  The attention to detail is amazing.  The car looks so good I hate to drive it?  Sebastian quoted me the price and said it would take 4 hours to complete the detailing; it took longer because of the amount of dog hair, etc.  He insisted on not charging me more for the additional time.  I will have him detail my car in the future and not wait so long between appointments.

I'm sorry I can't remember the exact date so the one I put up there is not exact. Can't remember what I paid. He did a good job. The only concern I had is that I called ahead for an estimate to price shop this job. I was told by others that this type of service varies in cost tremendously and to shop around. This man gave me a good estimate  on the phone but when I brought my car in he quoted a price that was far above what I was told on the phone. Not sure why it changed so radically...was it because he saw that it was a brand new cart and I am an "older" woman that he thought to ask for more? Not sure. That is the bad news. The good news is when I pointed out the discrepancy to him he was apologetic and assured me he would honor the original phone quote. He did do a good job. Since he is a small business guy I'd probably give him another chance because I believe in supporting small,local businesses. But scotch guarding and detailing a car is a buyer beware venture.

Sebastian did an outstanding job cleaning the interior of my car and made it look like NEW. He is professional, takes pride in his work and really spend the time needed to thoroughly clean and detail every inch of the car. I would highly recommend his services and plan to continue using his serviced in the future.

Sebastian was very professional and responsive. He confirmed my appointment the day before and arrived on time. He did a very thorough job cleaning my very messy SUV. The vehicle is spotless on the inside and shines on the outside. I would definitely recommend him.

Sebastian did a great job - very thorough and conscientious. The only problem is that and quot;the car looks too good to driveand quot;. I just want to leave it in my garage and look at it. Never thought a 7 year old car could look so good. Thanks for all of your hard work Sebastian.

Showed up on time, got the work done in short order. He did a good job cleaning out all the nooks and crannies of storage spaces in a 12 year old minivan we had just bought. Our only complaint was the and quot;fresh scentand quot; was a bit too gooey sweet for our tastes.

No waxing or polishing. I did not understand that doing both the interior and the exterior did not include waxing. The fault is probably mine, but I have had interior and exterior cleaning and waxing of the same car for similar cost at other vendors who also offered quality results. He did come to my residence which might justify my cost in time saved, but, as it happened, my electrical fuses blew and flipping the breakers does not fix the problem. So I am now calling my electrician to be able to close the garage door and use other electrical appliances and tools in the garage. Can't blame the vendor for this, but there is clearly something to be said for vendors with an investment in their own facilities. I believe that is the way I'll do it in the future.
