We changed our internet service from DSL to cable. When the new internet was setup, the company didn't re-setup our wireless router for us, so we were stuck. We had heard about Fast Teks and gave them a call. A technician came out within a couple hours of our call on a Saturday! He looked at our wireless router which was very old and not secure and suggested an upgrade. He had a new router in his truck, and charged us less for it, then we could get one at any of the big box stores! It was so nice not to feel ripped off, especially when I am not very tech savvy. He could have charged us $150.00 for the router and we wouldn't know any better. He setup the new router in about 15 minutes, and then explained everything about how it worked with us. He also looked into a problem we were having with our printer, and fixed that for us in a matter of a few minutes. He was very thorough and explained things in language we could understand. I am very happy we called Fast Teks and will not hesitate to call them out again for any computer related issues we may have. THANK YOU!
