My four-year-old laptop needed memory that most of the big stores no longer carry, but Affordable Computer Help had exactly what I needed. Another computer place had quoted me half a day turnaround time over the phone, but the ACH tech installed the memory cards in less than 10 minutes. In addition, because it was such a small and easy task, he only charged me for the cards and didn't charge me for labor. The young men were friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. They're also the perfect antidote to those techies who make you feel embarrassed because you don't know the difference between RAM and ROM; they could not have been nicer and put me completely at ease. I'm very grateful I found them. NOTE: They're not yet set up to take credit cards, so you'll need to pay with a check or cash.
