Marilyn was a hoot on the phone. It was relatively easy to get an appointment within an couple of weeks. On the day of the checkup, Roger came a few minutes early and was very nice. The checkup was more thorough than the previous company I hired. I asked for heat and cool check-they only charge when they do the work, but worked both into a very reasonable price. The best part was the rubber overshoes they use when inside your house to keep outside dirt off of the floor. I appreciate that, and it shows they respect the customer. BTW - they are called American Heating & Air Conditioning. I mentioned to Roger they might want to update Angie's List.

I've always been happy with them. I've never had any negatives. They do everything pretty well. They have different service technicians for the different obviously categories. They don't send an electrician to do the plumbers job. I haven't had a negative experience with any of them.

I have used them on and off for 14 years or more. They were nice and punctual. He came up with a solution to add more lighting and brightness. The workers were nice. It took a couple of hours.

They came and brainstormed. They moved the wires off of the ground, made them shorter, and put PVC pipe around. He went all out. Not that PVC pipe is really going to stop our dog; he has chewed through metal drain spouts. They went above and beyond in attempting to solve the problem with our dog destroying the wires in his attempt to get to the ground squirrel that live under the patio.

They've been great. They do everything. Their commercials are stupid, but they're great! It's a local commercial. It's a plumber, they're expensive, but probably okay. I think they're pretty comparable to all the other companies out there. They're on it like right away. They actually came early and they called and asked if it was okay that they came earlier than the appointment. They didn't just show up early, they called and said, "You know, we're like an hour ahead of schedule, is it okay if we come?" They seem really professional and really nice. They seem like they care to get the job done correctly.

Carl from Action installed our new Honeywell wifi thermostat. He called ahead as promised and was right on time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and shared a lot of information on our system and how to maintain it. He is up to date on the newest technology  and got the installation done with no problems.
Action was very helpful and responsive to my initial inquiry about this installation. The wait time to schedule the install was very short which is typical for Action. The people are alll friendly and helpful.

The Service man was here within the hour.  He spent a lot of time in
the cold outside and under my house (I live in a mobile home) before he
said that there was nothing he could get to to. He called the park
manager and THEY HAD TURNED THE WATER OFF WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE!  He
did go way beyond what he needed to do when he was trying to find the
problem.

I called Action HVAC and received warm customer service over the phone. They scheduled to come out within a week.
Roger from Action heating arrived 8 minutes early. He got right to work. Was very polite. He inspected our furnace and air conditioning unit, and cleaned them. He wore plastic boot covers in the house.
Air conditioning unit fluid was a little low, so Roger suspects a small leak. The leak may be located in the outside unit or in the portion of the A/C that sits atop the furnace. Intervention included adding green dye (visible with black light) to the fluid and topping off. Since the fluid was only slightly low, he recommends waiting until we have an issue with the A/C before coming out and inspecting for the leak. If we become dissatisfied with our AC, we'll just call them out and they'll check to see if it's a leak.
He offered other options for repairing the potential leak, but I chose this one.
He also warned about a slight growl sound from the motor of the induction fan in the furnace. He told me which signs to watch out for in case it gets worse.
Roger seemed to be a very nice guy. I am very please with this service. It took about ninety minutes.

They showed up on time and told me what they were going to do. He cleaned the filters and coils and talked to me about proper filters that actually would be cheaper then the one I just bought.

This is the second time this month that we have used Action Electrical. Our technicians name was Dave and he was our service man both times. He was fabulous-very thorough,knowledgable and efficient. He explained what he was doing and why.
The first time he was at our house he saved us 3000.00 dollars by fixing a broken condensation pump that was causing water in our basement, this saved us from having to have a drainage system placed.He worked with our basement people and by doing that they were able to come to the conclusion that at this time we did not need to worry about putting in a drainage system.
Today he came out on the same day I called and fixed the electrical outlets and deck lighting that was already in place but not working due to poor wiring that was in place.I believe he again saved us a bundle by not just adding new sockets but repairing the existing.
He is also just a very pleasant person to have working in your house-tidy too!
Yes I will be using Action in the future.
He also reminded me that I had a coupon to use and where I could find it before he tallied up my bill..25.00 to the good!

I called Action and they had a guy at my doorstep an hour later ready to get the job done. It took no more than another hour to have my water heater completely removed and a new one installed. The guy that installed it was extremely quick and professional. I could not have been more impressed with the overall experience, as there is no way it could have been improved. I'm the type of person that wants something done ASAP, and Action delivered on that in spades. Would absolutely recommend, and plan on using them again if I have any other plumbing issues. Fantastic service.

I can get an appointment right away with them. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient. I wasn't happy with the previous people I used. They do heating and air plus plumbing so it is nice to have a company that does both of those.

They did a good job. They were competent and took care of everything. I would recommend and use them again in the future.

I have used Action Heating and Plumbing in the past with complete satisfaction.  The service #1 above was an immediate need call as our AC exterior unit went up in smoke (really) during an extended high heat index period.  The service person came the next day and upon inspecting the exterior unit discovered a mouse nest in the housing.  He removed the nest, replaced the wires which the mice had chewed causing the fire and smoke.  While doing the repairs and AC check, he noticed that our furnace had evidence of a leak in a corner of the metal housing.  He couldn't inspect/repair the furnace that day due to high demand for AC service. Asked me to re-schedule in a couple of weeks.

Service #2 Complete furnace check and replacement of an internal hose. Also converted the old filter system with a newer, more convenient model.

Per usual, we were very satisfied with both the service and the attitude of the repairman.

Our furnace had stopped working on a fairly cold day. The contractor was able to arrive at the condo within a couple of hours of my call. We needed a new inducer motor. He installed it quite quickly, and our furnace worked wonderfully after that. (While he was working on our furnace, he cleaned and checked it as well.) I would not hesitate to use them again.

From the beginning Lyle was a true professional. Knowledgable and competitive in pricing. Marilyn also assisted with the credits for installation of energy conserving equipment. The actual installers also were very quick and capable. I had a dead circuit board in the unit upon trying to power up the air con. It was immediately replaced.

Our A/C had not been working all weekend, so I called at 7:30 on Monday morning and they said that they could squeeze us that same morning. They had a tech at our house about an hour later and he promptly fixed the issue.

Smooth and non-stressful from the initial call and thereafter.

Excellent. They worked with the energy company and my schedule to replace the furnace. Removed old oil tank as part of bid, which no other bidder did. They came and went on their own in one day and left no evidence of being in the house except a new furnace and a big clean space where the old tank was. Also routed new pvc pipes for high efficiency heating exhaust and ran drain lines for new furnace.
