.I told them that based on what American Insurance was going to pay (a separate review) I would be keeping the car and was on my way to pick it up. They said they couldn't put it back together for 3 days (I had to keep renting a car) and when I asked who told them to take it apart they said I did. Three days later I went to pick it up and they and quot;couldn't find the keyand quot;. I told them I had a meeting and they delayed 1/2 hour and said, and quot;just sign the papers and we'll keep looking.and quot; They charged my $90 to re assemble the car, processed the charge immediately and after all the papers were signed the secretary took them made copies and everyone left the office. The tech came in, took the key off the sectary's desk and bropught the car up and left but I was already late and jumped in and left. While driving I saw parts lying on the floor they had not put back on. Driving home later, the lights were so far out I couldn't see the road and was at 30 in a 65. They said bring it in in a few days and we'll look at it. They had improperly installed the bumper cover and the lights were jammed in aiming up.10 feet from my garage door the lights were 4 feet in the air!! Over a quarter inch gap between the bumper cover and all the lights (NOT to the Lexus standard of zero gap). I noticed the small paint area that was damaged was significantly worse.
When I returned, they refused to remove and reinstall the bumper cover but tried to pry all the lights back to the right place, breaking one in the process and had to use epoxy to hold it in place. I walked back to the office to see the manager and there was No One to be seen anywhere other than the tech working on my car.
I loved that dealer and recommended them but they failed big time. I contacted the Consumer Protection Dept in WI and the response they got was just pictures of the damage with no response or explanation.

These people have incredibly good communication. They would call us like clockwork to update us on the work being done to the car, I don't think I've ever had a company that good at keeping a dialogue open with their customers. They also have a program that customers can elect to do to rate their service, and they are serious about it. It's clear that they take pride in their work and that they want to give their customers only the very best. The work was done on time and it looks brand-new again. Can't ask for more than that!

Larry Asher took the car in before 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 30 and promised to have it finished in no more than three or four days. It was finished the next afternoon. It looks as good as new, or maybe even better. There's no sign of any damage. ABRA also provided me with a rental car to use while they had my Toyota--and they covered the cost of the rental!

The process with ABRA went very well. They gave me an estimate which was very competitive as most shops were not willing to do the work or were way over priced for the work to be done. The ABRA staff was professional and they were able to schedule the work around my schedule and the work was completed before I expected it to be at the price estimated. The car looks great thanks to the work done.

A couple of days after I called, they sent a service person out to my workplace, where they replaced the windshield of my car in the parking lot. The whole process was smooth and professional, and the windshield looks great.

My experience was excellent. If I had any complaint, the inside of the car kinda stunk because they repainted but it wasn't that bad.

The whole process was very easy. I called ABRA to schedule an appointment. I gave the representative the required details of the car--make/model/year/special features. I was then quoted a price and a time was set up to come to my house to do the replacement. The day of the appointment, the service person called to let me know he was on the way. The only glitch is that the replacement windshield was scuffed so someone had to come back the next day with a new piece. Both service guys were professional and friendly. I would definitely work with ABRA again.

I called requesting a budgetary estimate to replace a rear bumper. The service representative was very rude and didn't want to give me any information unless I scheduled an appointment. After I explained a second time that I was still in the process of getting he quotes he reluctently gave me a price. The price was more than double what two other shops in town quoted.

There are cheaper and more professional options in town.

I called in the job. A service tech called me about an hour later. Met me at my office and repair the windshield right there. He was done in minutes and left the receipt locked i nthe vehicle. Easy. Done.

They did a terrific job and I was very pleased both with the experience of working with their staff and with the repairs. Work was completed quickly and in the timeframe they had quoted. My car looks perfect and you would never know that repair work had been done. For the first (sidedoor/panel) repair, they coordinated directly with my insurance company on the estimate, repair and payment and organized my rental car rental with a nearby car rental company (when repairs were done, I was able to leave the rental car at the repair shop and they took care of the return - very handy). They expertly matched and blended the paint and used new parts. For the second (out-of-pocket) repair, they worked with me on price and provided a range of different cost/repair options so I could work within my budget. They kept the cost quite reasonable -- below estimates I had received at other body shops -- and when they were done the damage was undetectable and the work was excellent. Abra assigned a customer service staff person as my contact point and she made all arrangements, answered questions and navigated the repair process with/for me.

I was amazed at how well all the contacts went. I was referred to ABRA by my insurance agent Craig Jorgenson at Liberty Mutual Insurance.Everyone from ABRA was truly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Some names I remember are- James Solesbee, Brian Miller, Justin Fahey and especially Staci McGuire.

We got a fair estimate, they even beat a competitor. Said it would take 3-4 days, and would provide transportation to and from the shop while the repairs were being done. Arranged for a refurbished used door to be installed in place of ours. We got a phonecall and Brian told us the used door was too rusty, so they would do the body work on our door, paint it, and fix the window. It would be "like new" he said. When they took us back to the shop to pick up our truck we saw it and it DID look like new! It was beautiful! They even washed our truck and detailed inside the cab and put tire dressing on the tires. The window works well, the windshield is perfect (no leaks), the paint job is excellent. They were very nice to us and bent over backward to please us. We will definitely swing business toward them again and recommend them to our friends. We are very happy with their service.
