Called him, described job; he said he'd call back. He didn't, so I called again. He said he was busy but he'd call back in a couple of weeks. He never did.

The quote states 'Price is Actual Cost' which was absolutely not what he charged us. The actual price of the seed was $8 and was charged $82! Upon questioning he became very upset and said he was running a business and that was that. There were several other items we were over charged for. We are still several months later waiting for a refund on the landscaping stone he returned but we never received repayment for. I would NOT hire again - He preformed the work over several days mixed in with other jobs coming and going - never really sure when he was coming or going.

Paint:  continually had to have them touch up work they did.  The trim paint is about the only thing that was done to a high quality, wall paint was not.
The first round of painting the doors, they did not take off the door hardware prior to painting the doors.  In fact, we had them install new door hardware on our front door, and they installed it.... THEN painted!
Every day they worked, we had to clean up paint they got on the hardwood floors, in the carpet, or other places.
When they agreed to touch up the doors, they used a roller with too much nap, so the doors look bad... and when they took the door hardware off  to paint the doors the second time, they re-installed the hinges upside down so the doors don't latch properly.
In locations where they did walls and not trim, they did not touch up paint on the trim that they got on there from the walls, when mentioned, their answer was the realtor's they work with never ask them to do trim... well, the realtor didn't hire them, we did!
The last item which is the most frustrating, is we asked them as part of the priority list of items, is to install a handrail.   After working for "free" for the day, and having trouble with anchors in the wall, they left the finish product with the bracket at the bottom of the stairs, completely pulling out of the wall, with plaster attached!
We now have a handyman we know, fixing the work they did, for almost as most cost as what we paid "a jack of all trades"  the rest of the idiom, is: master of none!  and I for one would not recommend using this company, and I'm am letting everyone I know (which many work in design/ construction) to not use this company!  It was more work to have this handyman "helping" us than it would have been to just do it ourselves!  We gave them extra days to finish their work, and they worked for free the last day to fix what should have been done right the first time, but it still needed to be fixed, wish we would have told them to not bother coming for the "free" day as most of their work had/ has to be fixed... again.
