Tremendous!  Extremely responsive, received a quote very quickly, came on a Sunday, just a few days after contacting them.  Quote came within 24 hours of their visit.  Price was well below other larger companies who had quoted us. Was able to perform the job within a week of us signing the proposal.  We picked out shingle color and the day before they were supposed to come we received an offer to purchase our house which stipulated a different color shingle and a request to tear down the chimney.  I called Chris at 4:00pm the day before they were supposed to arrive at 7:00am and he said he would try to change the color shingle and would tear down the chimney at no extra cost!  They completed the work in one day, with the revised shingle color and the chimney removal.  Even had to replace some decking and vented bathroom fan without being asked to do so.

These guys really bailed me out! I was replacing the roof myself and the removal and repairs to the sheathing took way longer than anticipated. I called A-1 on Wednesday and they had a crew installing shingles on Thursday. They worked hard and fast - just coming back Friday to finish the ridge vents. Saturday it rained buckets. Now, two winters later, the roof still looks great, and there hasn't been a single leak.
