The end result is it looks great! As the job was progressing I saw some things that weren't as I wanted and Ken simply redid them as I asked. I would say some aspects of the work don't look "high end" but not something anyone is going to notice. My wife did find a foot print on a sofa arm (he lost his footing and stepped on the sofa by accident) and a sandwich bag on the sofa. I also allowed Ken to work on his schedule as there were days he called to say he couldn't make it. It wasn't an issue to me and for the price, I was more than willing to wait. Overall, Ken was very accommodating and did good work. I am very happy and will likely be using Ken again in the future. Thank you Ken!
