Tielens Construction

Work went fine. Took a few days extra, but that was due to the heat in the 90's. Good quality work. Looks nice. Final cost was lower than the Proposal ! That has never happened to me before, so it was nice that they passed those savings on instead of hiding it somewhere else like others. Project manager is good at stopping by and answering any questions. I only have to deal with one person, which I like. This is my second job for them, and I've already got a quote for another.

Good, took a little longer than expected. Good quality work when it was all finished, good communication. Had an issue with kitchen flooring and Tielens had the sub-contractor come in and eventually redo it all for no additional charge. There was a plumbing leak related to the new 2nd floor bath/shower, called Tielens, they came in right away, fixed and repaired. Overall, a good experience, very responsive. Kind of pricey, but good quality. I'll be calling them again soon to quote on another project.

They had an outstanding quality and did an excellent job. I would give them an "A" for overall experience.

Did planning with contractor, picked out styles and colors with sub-contractors. Supervisor showed up in mornings to go over what was going on with me. Had a couple minor issues which were quickly and immediately addressed. They did a couple small outside extras at no charge, which was very nice.... like the rope on my flagpole was messed up and the electrical wiring coming in the house from the street was messed up, they brought a lift over that was in the area and fixed it. There was an issue with the kitchen flooring that we disagreed on, but the contractor had the sub fix it at no charge to me. Very good service, responsive. Found a plumbing leak elsewhere that may have been caused by the upstairs bathroom renovation, they fixed that too. Costly, but good quality and service, responsiveness. Definitely recommend them.
