We are a family owned business that takes pride in our customer service. We have 6 employees besides my husband and I. We accept credit cards, and do require payment upon completion of job unless otherwise discussed ahead of time.

It took 5-6 weeks to complete, the technician saying he would come each week and not showing. This isn't my complaint. After receiving the new remote, the door would open and close at random and unexpected times throughout the day. I called within 2 weeks to inform them and the technician, being in the neighborhood, came over to reprogram the remote. The problem lessened in frequency, but continued. I was sent a second invoice for $75 for a service call. When I called to question the bill the supervisor/owner was loud and argumentative and hung up on me. The problem was never fixed and I've paid the bill.
