Excellent.  They dropped it off on schedule ahead of the party and picked it up on schedule after the party.  We purchased an upgraded unit that had a sink with water and hand sanitizer paper towels and a waste basket and a coat/purse hook and mirror.  It was very clean and very acceptable to party guests.   The outside was also as attractive as a porta-potty can be, meaning it was clean and not all banged up so its presence was not a distraction.  The folks at Stranders were helpful and friendly, as was the person who installed and picked up the unit.  All in all a very good experience.

They called me back and let me know what they advised. They told me I could get by with just an inspection. Based on the consideration he gave me I would say they are considerate of the customer.

Was able to come out the same week I called and I didn't need to be around.

The latest service was today, a Saturday, to pump our tanks and clear a blockage that was causing waste water to flood our basement. The technician was freindly on the phone, attempting to diagnose the problem based on my description. He concluded, correctly, that the inlet to the tank was blocked but that the sewer line from the house to the tank inlet was probably OK. He arrived within the hour, as promised, and we could see as soon as he lifted the cover to the first tank that he was right. He pumped the tank and cleared the blockage. His advice was to use single ply toilet paper as the double ply variety was more prone to clump and block the tank inlet. He did not require immediate payment, saying that the company would send me an invoice after the weekend. There was an additional charge for weekend service but was not exhorbitant. This is a very good company that has been in business in this area for 34 years. We will continue to use it and can recommend Stranders to anyone.
