Bob Munson was a pleasure to work with from my first contact with him. He came out to our house soon after the request for the estimate was made. We decided upon carpet and pad, had it ordered. We weren't able to get the job done in November as planned per our request and Bob was more than accommodating to our request. Finally, an opportune time came to have the job completed and Bob rearranged his schedule to complete our project.  

The Munson crew showed up promptly and were very courteous. They removed some large pieces of furniture carefully. It is winter and they were very cautious to not track in snow. They cleaned up after themselves and helped to move furniture back into place. Additionally, I needed some carpet re-stretched in a couple of other rooms and they gladly obliged to the request. This is a family owned business and you can tell the brothers take pride in their work.

Eventually, we will need carpet replaced in the other rooms and we will definitely be calling Munson's again. It was a pleasure doing business.

Everything went great! I had some questions so I emailed Bob. He was very timely in responding and answering all my questions. The installers were professional and thorough. They answered all the questions I had, explained what they planned to do and how long they thought the install would take. They really went above my expectation.

My experience with them was excellent. They were very professional and very helpful. They actually came to my house and went over the different types of carpeting and made suggestions. His quote was really well which was what I wanted. I was pleased with his service and the pricing was in line with the quote he gave me. It has been above and beyond. They were quick to get back when I had questions through call or email.

Bob Munson replied to my email inquiry and directed me to web sites for the products they carry. He asked us to select products for which we wanted samples and set up an appointment to come and provide an estimate. Prior to his visit, we provided him a lengthy list of samples we would like to see and he brought them all with him to the appointment.
We selected a flooring and waited for the estimate. Unfortunately, the flooring we selected was discontinued between the time we saw it online and the time Bob was able to complete the estimate. We selected a different flooring and Bob completed the estimate. The price was very competitive compared other local flooring companies, but was more than we could afford to pay (we were recovering from a minor flood in the basement that was not covered by insurance). Bob was happy to provide us the flooring and gave us advice on how to install it ourselves to save money. After we completed the installation, I contact Bob to have the transition strips installed and he arranged for his brother Mike to complete the installation.
I was extremely happy with the service we received from Munson. Bob was very easy to work with and wanted to be sure we would be happy with the final result. As a side note, it would have been well worth the cost they quoted for installation given the amount of prep work that needed to be done as well as the effort to complete the installation. If I had to do it all over again and had not needed to save money I would have had them do the installation.

They did a great job. They had the carpet we wanted for 25% less than other area carpeting outlets and provided a quick and quality installation. They also replaced some ceramic tile that had cracked - did a great job there as well!
